The authors report on a case of extensive hepatic necrosis of the hyaline type, serious and hydropic fatty degeneration with configuration in “spider cells”, frequently found in the areas of Lábrea and Rondônia, where there also coexist malaria, leptospirosis and arbovirosis. The authors believe this a case of virus hepatitis with a fatal evolution.
