Patogenia das lesões hepáticas na infecção experimental com o vírus Oropouche (BeAn 1991): análise comparativa das curvas virêmica e de infectividade com as alterações ultra-estruturais

Abstract

Para estudar o mecanismo de produção das lesões hepáticas induzidas pelo vírus Oropouche (BeAn 19991), foram utilizadas concomitantemente, em animais experimentalmente inoculados, duas técnicas processadas no mesmo material e destinados a obter dados para comparação das alterações histológicas e ultra-estruturais com as curvas de infectividade e de viremia. O vírus determina lesões variadas e graves, que chegam até a necrose celular mesmo nas células que não são sede de replicação de partículas.

To study the mechanism of the production of hepatic lesions induced by the Oropouche (Be-An 19991) vírus, two technics were used concomitantly in animaIs experimentally inoculated. These technics were processed in the same material and were intended to obtain data for comparison of histological and ultra-structural aIterations, with infectiousness and vírus statistical graphics. The vírus causes varied and serous lesions, that may produce cell necrosis, even in cells that are not the hwd center of particles replication.
